Cooper did an excellent job of installing our new shower. Super nice and respectful. Explained all questions I had about maintenance and cleaning. Very happy with this shower. It really opened up the space.

I got off on a bad start with Bathfitter because the salesperson who is no longer with the company did not represent well what they could do; so I had expectations that could not be met. And then there were further problems, and bathfitter has done what they could to remedy everything and to make me happy. And is following up on anything else that needs to be done.
