BATHFITTER STOOD BY THEIR WARRANTY. Originally purchased in October 2006. In February 2026 we received a whole new system. Thanks Paul, he was amazing. Done in 2 days, due to the fact he had to rip out the old ones. The fixtures we purchased at the time, only needed a cartridge. Bathfitter stands behind their product. I recommend them 100 percent.
we are very happy with our tub and tile wall. The attention to detail by Robert M. was exceptional !
We had our on suite shower replaced by Bathfitters in Grimsby by Jason. It was a two day job and a great experience. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and the end finished product is beautiful and met all of our expectations. This is our second shower replacement by Jason and Bathfitters. The quality of the materials used and ease of installation was a plus in selecting Bathfitters. You won’t be disappointed.

All work was done in a very professional manner and the two gentlemen were constantly... read more
We had Bath Fitter in a few weeks ago to revamp our basement walk in shower as we could not keep up with the mould on the 20 year old tiles. The salesman, Rob was pleasant and quite knowledgeable of all the products. The installer, Jason was professional and worked non stop for the two days he was in our home ensuring he kept all areas protected and clean. We are very pleased with the final result. We chose white walls/white accessories and chrome fixtures for a streamlined appearance. Thank you Bath Fitter!
