I did write a reveiw earlier as we had a great experience with the sales rep, Tim and our 1st installer Jason. He did impeccable work and was communicative through out the entire installation. Having said that, as this company prides itself on their quick installation of bathtub/showers - 1 day installation guaranteed. This has not been our experience.
