I bought my insert from them in 2006 with a lifetime warranty....by 2008, I had mold growing in all the creases....I called them and they came back and corrected the issue....6 months later, mold in the creases again....I just said forget it, and counted it as a loss....

Simple... i over paid for a shower.... then I realized here 2 years later I was scamed by them and there salesman. It was suppose to be a 5 year loan... its been 2 and I still have 4.5 years to go at the rate I am paying. They opened a credit card and put my balance on there and lied about it. I am thinking about contacting a lawyer

I called to ask if the company had grab bars for shower tub fiberglass enclosure and instead of a simple yes or no, the phone rep went on to to ell me they would send someone out to look at my enclosure, very quickly into a high pressure sales pitch.... pathetic for a company to do this!!!!!!

I do not like high pressure sales tactics I called this company one time just to see about the possibility of getting an estimate done I changed my mind soon afterwards and the calls have yet to stop from aggressive sales people that are trying to push me to get them to redo my bathroomfinally it came to a point where I had to block the number and call and request that they do not call me
