We had a Bath Fitter installation done almost 23 years ago and besides having to have the silicone replaced on occasion, the enclosure is still in perfect condition. This week I contacted Bath Fitter as I needed a grip bar and a new hand held wand. I had excellent, friendly customer service from my first call with Danielle, to a next day service call from Clint and the installation by Jason. Jason was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. This is a customer oriented business and deserves a five star rating.

BathFitter Winnipeg: I'm sprucing up my house for sale. I contracted with BathFitter to install a new tubsurround in a bathroom. I was impressed by the whole process. It’s awesome - til it leaks due to an improper install, and they refuse to actually honour their garbage product. Don’t cut corners. Pay the extra to have it done properly.

We had a slip resistant liner installed in our tub about 5 years ago (I think), not the shower walls. It still looks great and the silicone caulking is still good too. I believe it was Jason that did it. I’d had the green tub painted several times. The first time, 1988, lasted 20 years. Subsequent times were good for 5 years at most. Good job

I am disappointed in my new shower. It looks beautiful, but the floor is so slippery, it is like trying to walk on glass that is covered in oil. I have to put a towel on the slippery floor to get out without slipping. You could never let a child or an elderly person use this shower. Also Eddie promised to come back with a hook to hang the shower head up and after repeated calls, unanswered by him he never did return my repeated calls and never did come back to finish. I would not recommend this company, They also added anoth... read more
