I gave Bath Fitter a 5 star review regarding a repair they did to our tub grab bar 4-5 months ago. About a week ago we had Bath Fitter out again to replace our shower rod, and tub and shower faucets. We had all chrome installed in 2009 when Bath Fitter installed our surround, and we decided to update and switch to matte black. We love the new look and are completely happy with the installation. We had a tub to shower conversion, last week, it turned out better than we expected, its so beautiful. Still can't believe we have a shower this gourgeaus. Our sales representative Amanda was awesome with putting together our wants and needs. The technician was professional and worked hard for 2 days to make our dream come true. I would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone who is thinking of replacing the old shower and tub combination. They are fast and efficient and the new shower and tub are beautiful. I had the bathtub to shower conversion. The installer was very professional & took steps to minimize dust & debris. There was a small problem with the tap but this rectified immediately to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.
