Phoned bathfitter regarding silicon services. Had tub silicone replaced and the person did not do around the faucet trims. Said it was fine. 6 months later I have mold around the faucet. They want to charge 195 dollars to do the faucet now. Why would they not have done that in the first place. He knew the silicone was 6 years old. Always trust your own judgement as obviously they want you to have to make a second service call! So disappointed as I always recommend them. Not anymore!
We have been a customer for many years and had 2 bathtub renovations with Bath fitters. We always had and have excellent customer service. We had a cartridge replaced in our faucet a couple of months ago and it started leaking. I called and spoke with a woman on the phone which was so pleasant to talk with and she explained to me the procedures and said she would refer me to a a service specialist. Love this company - top notch products and service. We had a bath tub cover installed by them in 2009 and it still looks fantastic. In 2017 we had them put in a grab bar over the tub surround. A little while ago the grab bar started coming loose a bit. I called them and they came out and fixed it no charge. Amazing service and highly recommended! I wish I could remember the name of the person who came out to fix it. It was the same person who installed it originally. I think his name was Jason. He was outstanding!
Just had a tub surround, corner shelves, curved bar and also trim installed around my new window in the tub area. Did the drywall myself and Bathfitters used shims to ensure a tight and solid fit. Work was clean and precise. The price reflects the excellent work. Can't complain......I could but not about this. So far satisfied.
The entire experience with Bath Fitters was thorough, thoughtful and professional from their home visit to get an estimate to the final job. The worker was very efficient and courteous and did a spectacular job on our shower wrap around. We would have them do work for us again and would highly recommend them.
