BUYER BEWARE!!!!! First of all, Pressure tactics used.... Will save !0% if you sign now!! But that is not the worst of it...... What the sales person told me and what I was charged for is not what was done!! They were supposed to remove my old tile to studs, new waterproof board and new acrylic. The skipped the tile removal and new waterproof board and went over my existing tile (yet charted me $8745.00!!! I would not have known if a corner molding didn't come loose the next week and I can see my old tile under the acrylic. ... read more

Tony the installer was fantastic. Did a terrific job with demolition and installation and clean up. Really knows his job. I absolutely love the outcome. My only issue was with the time frame. Was told on May 8th when I paid the deposit that it would take 6-8 weeks. Probably the end of June. Had to wait until August 1.
Very happy with my new bath fitter installation … they were very professional … very neat and my bathroom looked great in less than 8 hours. Love my new bathtub & shower unit !!! Great stress free experience from start to finish 😊
