Wonderful customer service! After repeated attempts were able to complete the job! Definitely recommend! Just think twice on delta fixtures!
Bathfitter claims a lifetime guarantee on the product. They don’t hold up to the promise. We called to have work done as the soap dish fell off the wall. They said they will put in a work order but not to expect anyone to take it because the job is too small. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them.
It’s been 1 full year now since we haven’t been able to use our bathtub. I have called multiple times and they just keep saying they don’t have anyone available to come fix our tub. (Water is leaking between the tub and liner) We didn’t install it so there’s no warranty - but we are willing to pay and still no one can come for this long? Are you proud of how you are running your business? We are beyond frustrated.
