If I could give 0 stars I would. I have cracks in the tub surround and in the tub itself. I’ve called, text, sent pictures. I stopped into the Regina shop talked to people there even said I would upgrade and put more money outta pocket!! This has been over 2 years trying to get this fixed. Terrible customer service once they get your money!

I called bathfitters about a problem with my tub having a crack beside the drain and the possible reason it was leaking . The gentleman was rude and more concerned about what cleaner I was using. I assure you that no cleaner can cause a crack in the tub. He said that crack wouldn’t cause the leak without even coming to look at it!! Then never contacted me back. I must say that after reading the negative reviews I almost talked myself out of bathfitter Regina. However this was my 4th bathfitter tub. Purchased 1 in St Catharine's Ontario and 2 more in Sarnia & Chatham. Regina installers were very good and only interested in doing the job properly. It's their family business and have a hard time believing they would not honor a warranty issue. I found everyone to be nice. Loved our Bath Fitter remodel until recently. A crack appeared by the drain in the tub liner. Should have read the reviews before calling. Was caught off guard by the could care less attitude. "OH, it's old, likely the cleaner used - so no warranty, it's a maintenance issue. Send pictures. " I sent pictures, waited for a response, sent them again and waited. We had our tub surround installed about 8 years ago and I have since been in contact with them about installing a safety bar. I filled in the request form and received a call pretty quickly and then nothing. It has been well over a month since my request and even after phoning and leaving a message, still nothing. Definitely not impressed with aftercare
