The guy that installed my tub was unpleasant and rude. He made me feel unsafe in my home, especially with him in it. He talked about how he could easily pick all my home’s lock and break in. He also made fairly sexist remarks about women. I think his name was Patrick. Also, I hate the tub drain. No way to remove it to clear clogs and it’s too small to fit a 1/4” drain snake in otherwise.

Pleasant on the telephone. Awaiting installation, like everyone else they have staffing problems. More expensive than we budgeted for, but we did get a couple of optional items. Update; The installer, Jamie, was great to work with, he deserves 5 stars. He must have put in a fourteen hour day but got it done and done well. Only complaint, the bill wasn’t itemized, can’t see what anything costs.

Talked to Cindy to set up an appointment for a shower install. She was very professional and now we wait for the gentleman to take measurements and give us a quote. We are super excited.
