I am very pleased with not only the sales but the installer who came to the house. He was on time, lucky for me there was a cancellation so I was able to get an early slot but his attention to detail was very nice. Bryan was my installer and he made sure to keep things clean and tidy by laying out a rug and taking his shoes off. Bryan completed the install and was very good with clean up. My damaged Bath tub was replaced by Bryan, the installer. He was brilliant. Arrived at the designated time.Explained what he was going to do. He cut the old tub coming out, in the bathroom. Told me it would be a llittle noisey. There were drop sheets every where. Then up came the new tub, which had to be cut,also a little noisey,no dust because of the drop sheets.Tub looks beautiful left me a goody bag with some useful stuff. Had a walk in shower installed. Installer came and removed old tub. We were told it would take 2 days to complete. He was very efficient ,pleasant. the job was completed in less than a day. He cleaned up and left everything in excellent condition. The installers name was Josh from Edmonton. We recommend them highly.

Review Buyer beware! Bath Fitters Orlando installed our tub and the overflow drain leaked shortly after install. I called service who sent the original installer whose fix was to completely block the overflow with caulking. I called service again and another serviceman, who after cutting a hole in a closet and one failed attempt, connected the drain pipe correctly and removed the caulking from the overflow drain. The water leak damaged my air handler control box (one floor below the tub) and it cost me over $600 to fix. I h... read more
Bath Fitters came to my project and redid my tub and surround. Turned out beautiful. Did excellent job. Was clean. Punctual. Very nice person. Chattanooga Bathfitter installed a beautiful tub with a large showerhead that looks fantastic. I have used this company many times in several states without any issues. Having no construction downtime and a lifetime warranty is why I am a repeat customer. WORD of CAUTION: I have never had ANY company keep my credit card information in their system and charge it without my permission. This entity did…the regional manager apologized. I am Mary Crosby, the daughter of Gloria Lowe in Valdosta GA. Bath Fitter Came to redo my mom’s bathroom. The shower needed to be done. Stephen came from bath fitter and did a wonderful job. My mom, and other sister Grace and myself was mesmerized the new scene of the new shower. What an awesome job Stephen done. This exceeded our expectation and left us as, greatly satisfied customers.
