Our bath fitter installation went perfectly. Jack T is a great installer. The tub and Caulking look great and he left the place spotless.
My installer was Trevor, he was very polite,knowledgeable,his workmanship was excellent,cleaned up after each phase of the job until completion.My wife and are extremely happy with the final product of this bathroom remodel.
The barthroom in our house was very outdated and poorly done probably 20 or so years ago. We recently bought this house which was built in the early 50's. The walls were mostly plaster, so under the wood panelling was pretty ugly. Once the original one piece tub surround was removed all the problems appeared. There was also a window in the above the tub. A professional was needed to install a surround. Everybody that came to look at it, didn't want the job. Our bathroom reno was a two day job. Jack T and Paul W came on the first day and Jack came back on day two. We are extremely happy with the work. Jack did a get job cleaning up after both days. He was professional and polite and he took his time with us at the end of two long days to show and explain the setup, answer questions and connect with us. Highly recommend Jack and Bath Fitters!
We have used Bathfitters before about 15 years ago and had a new tub put in over the old one. Turned out beautiful in just one day. We decided now that we wanted to convert to a walk-in shower. Don came over to discuss what we wanted and he was very helpful. The shower was put in a couple of days ago by Ron B. It turned out beautiful.
