They are very responsive and friendly. Sasho spent a lot of time with us going over all possible options. We shopped around and found Bathfitter prices very competitive. The installation was done cleanly and professionally. It looks great. There were some minor adjustments required after the installation that were address immediately. They actually answer the phone and respond quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend Bathfitter.
PSA: Bath Fitter is a short-term, lipstick-on-a-pig, band-aid solution. I’ve been in the plastics and composites industry for 36 years; this is not a permanent solution and is very expensive. The acrylic/ABS plastic shell they use is not very durable; it can be permanently damaged by simple bath oils, essential oils, impacts, heat, etc. It is not easily repairable. My shower stall was my final reno to my townhouse and I was finally ready to get it done this Fall. It was more expensive than I expected, but they had to completely remove my old stall, prep the area, then install the new stall. When they did my tub on the mainland, it was just overtop of the old tub and walls so no demolition needed. Wish I could give 0 stars. I moved into my current home and the bath fitter piece was already installed. The previous owners did it as an update right before we bought the place. The tub always squished and shifted under my feet, and soon after we moved in the caulking at the top began to pull and separate from the ceiling. I ended up recaulking pretty soon after I noticed this as I didn't want moisture getting in. Now, the lining has cracked on the bottom of the tub. Just had a downstairs shower redone by bath fitters and what an excellent job it is. Dealing with Amber was a wonderful experience. What a great personality. Sasha did an excellent in coming to the house and discussed the job and quoted it out. Finally Darcy did the installation and what a great job it was. Highly recommend Bath Fitters if you require work done. Thank you so much.
