I am in the process of filing a fraud report to Medicare. They gave me diabetic supplies of their choice & said that what I requested is something Medicare doesn't cover. Called Medicare to find out that isn't true. I returned the incomplete supplies that they gave me but they never reported my return to Medicare. Because of that, I am not able to get my blood test strips till Feb. This all started in Nov.

The most welcoming office I've visited!
