Terrible customer experience. I emailed to confirm my pickup for the date offered but received no response. On the scheduled pickup day, I called three times, and during the last call, I was told my order wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been approved in the store. This is unacceptable—I paid online and received an email confirmation for my order. Now I have to drive to Oakville just to keep my renovation on schedule. Don’t bother ordering online; the only decent service is in-store.
Bought a toilet and a purespa bidet for the whole purpose of having a bidet toilet, one fairly major reno later and heavy toilet installed, and.... the $90 bidet was completely the wrong kind for the toilet. It lifts the lid and makes toilet unsittable. Not to mention water issues. No refunds because it's a bidet and I have lost lots of time messing with it, now they say that toilet didn't even fit any of their bidets so I'm off to home depot to find the right bidet, uninstall this one, reinstall... really I should have just... read more
Buddy Rinko was having a bad day or something. Other guys very helpful but this guy says he can’t help me load my stuff and talks to customers like giving orders. Avoid this guy and talk to the other guys
Bought a tub from them and had to pick up and get it shipped last minute. Long story short, they really helped me when I was under a time crunch. One of their associates, Rinko, was amazing and went above and beyond. From going around and around the tub with bubble wrap he waited for me to run and get from Home Depot, to lifting and fixing all the boxes in my car. Thanks so much to the staff and especially Rinko, you are appreciated.
