Amazing team at the bath depot
Ordered online for shipping to the store in St. Catharines. Their website on my order history still says ready to ship. Called the store and they said the order has been there for a couple weeks. We were never notified that it was there. Picked up our order today (Jan 25/25) and they were apologetic for the issues we had.
