I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1/ Sales staff at the location did not contact me when the item arrived, when I followed up, I found it was sitting at the store already for days. 2/ When I went to pick up the item, I was the only customer there. Sales staff directed me to go around the back of building for pick up. I left the store and both appeated to be taking a lunch to the back. We were planning some bathroom renovations and happened to visit Bath Depot’s Oakville location. We were fortunate that we were looked after the store Manager Vikram Bhardwaj.Vikram has the patience and knowledge that is hard to find easily. He helped us a great deal with the product selection and delivery. We want to wish you continued success.
Avoid these untrustworthy people! They sold me a used vanity with a hole cut out of it when I ordered a new one. And they have the audacity to refuse an exchange because I didn't catch their scam within 72 hours. Do not buy from them! Follow up to their response: By that logic, if you had sold me a box of rocks, it would be my fault for not detecting your fraud within 72 hours.
Everything else was going well, but the item I received doesn’t match what was shown in the display. The item code is the same, but the product itself has two different styles. They shipped the wrong one to me. I didn’t realize this until after I had already set up the tubing—the two items look very similar and are the same color.
