I purchased two vanities from them. One came pre-assembled, and shortly after installation it started showing damage. The quality is extremely poor, especially considering how expensive their products are. I contacted them right away to request a replacement, but they refused, blaming it on "water damage," even though the vanity was brand new and had just been installed. My husband and I have visited this location a few times now and have had the pleasure of being helped by Serhan, who happened to be the store manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with what we wanted. I had already picked things out from the website but he made sure the items were in stock and arrived on time for our contractor to pick up. Disappointing experience! BEWARE! Bought a one-piece toilet from them only 2 years ago while the employee told me a lot of praise and compliment about this model product:Alatti and just recently I noticed leaks and damage to my property from the toilet! Called a plumber and they said it’s because the toilet doesn’t have any bolts to be attached to the toilet flange by design which all other toilets do!
