I went into store as it lists the store as a plumbing supply store and lists Kohler as one of its brands. I am having trouble getting gaskets for my Kohler. I show merchant my used parts and ask where the gaskets are. He says "did you buy your toilet here" I say no. He replies "I would really rather not try to match your parts, as many people return them saying it doesn't fit" WOW , I left store. Highly recommend you stay away from this place....no customer value here. Mark G
I used to shop here before I worked here and I still shop here after, amazing deals and Serhan Yilmaz the manager is an amazing person to do business with. I can't recommend bath depot Newmarket enough when your doing a renovation
