I had a great experience with bath depot Newmarket! In December 2025, we purchased a toilet, bathtub, and shower sets from here, Josh was super friendly and helpful, letting us come pick up in several trips and help us load the car with the bathtub. When the bathroom Reno project finally happened in March 2026 (our contractor postponed the project start date), the toilet wasn’t working properly so we called bath depot if it’s possible to do an exchange. Don't sleep on Bath Depot! Surprisingly & consistently excellent customer service and options, as well as very reasonable pricing. It took me days to figure a few things out but nobody pushed me to make decisions and order. The end result is consistent with my wants and needs. Give it a shot!
