My husband and I were at your store on October 15th to buy a shower, and everything that goes with it. We were served by a very nice gentleman ~ Cesar Cavalcante. He took the time to show us everything that was available in our price range. He even suggested a few things that made our final choice much easier . He was very polite and patient. Good selection on display at good prices. Sales staff very helpful both on the floor and on the phone. We were redoing 2 bathrooms and adding a third a month or so after our first purchase; we got an email from Amine telling us about a sale and we ended up saving $500 on the stuff for the third bathroom.
If I could give Zero stars I would. I purchased almost everything from Bath Depot to build my bathroom. Toilet, vanity, shower and all faucets. After a few minor issues getting things set up, it looked beautiful. FAST FORWARD it has been 2 years and let me tell you, everything, EVERYTHING is falling apart. The paint is literally pealing off the faucets, the intergraded waterlines are letting go, the plastic pieces on the shower door are cracking, the vanity top is chipping. My sister and I recently purchased a house in north Moncton, we are wanting to redo the bathrooms and a number of other areas in the house. We stopped in to the Bath Depot on Trinity Dr Moncton, where we met Amine Medad. He was fantastic at offering information on all the various pieces we looked at as well as showing us the options and choices available.
