I ordered online 1 week ago and I call the store to see if my order had arrived. The following is the answer I got:" we can't track this order you have to call customer service." Then hang up. Let me tell you I am having my order ship to my home and then I will never again step in that store or order online. This is the worst customer service ever And by reading other comments this is a regular habit. They must work on commission and they don't care about the customer they only care about their back pocket.
