If I could give Zero stars I would. I purchased almost everything from Bath Depot to build my bathroom. Toilet, vanity, shower and all faucets. After a few minor issues getting things set up, it looked beautiful. FAST FORWARD it has been 2 years and let me tell you, everything, EVERYTHING is falling apart. The paint is literally pealing off the faucets, the intergraded waterlines are letting go, the plastic pieces on the shower door are cracking, the vanity top is chipping. My sister and I recently purchased a house in north Moncton, we are wanting to redo the bathrooms and a number of other areas in the house. We stopped in to the Bath Depot on Trinity Dr Moncton, where we met Amine Medad. He was fantastic at offering information on all the various pieces we looked at as well as showing us the options and choices available. Excellent staff at the local outlet. Corporate Customer service is another thing. Purchased a shower, vanity, faucet and shower column. When installing the shower, noticed that a part was damaged. Called customer service. They informed me that I would have to pay for the damaged part. $28. Apparently this was considered an installation issue, even if it was broken out of the box. I would rethink before buying anything else from them.
