We visited this bath depot location for a drop in tub and this location is amazing but the staff is even better. After alot of the tubs being out of stock the lady was so action forward trying her best to find us another. The ladies that helped us were so amazing and even helped us with the heavy lifting on pick up day. She managed to get us some pieces that we were missing and also being out of stock she was able to order for us from warehouse and pick up at another location. I recently renovated my bathroom and really wanted to make getting big items easy & in one place. I came across Bath Depot and the assistant store manager Samantha was outstanding in making everything smooth. Sam was great in helping me compare and select items after showing her what my space currently looked like and what we hope to renovate it into. I really recommend going to this Bath Depot. Samantha the assistant manager always goes above and beyond for me. The products are great quality as well!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They sold me a used vanity with a hole cut out of it when I ordered a new one. And they have the audacity to refuse an exchange because I didn't catch their scam within 72 hours. Do not buy from them!
Great experience at Bath Depot! Jessica was super helpful and showed us lots of in-store options and ideas we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Really appreciate all her help — highly recommend!
