I was very satisfied from the time I entered the store..I was received as soon as I came in and the sales person stayed with me through all our purchases. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Bath Depot and their staff at the Fanshawe Store in London.
Recently we purchased a bathroom set for our project. Tan and his team were very helpful during the offering, decision, and finalizing the deal process. Very helpful with organizing the delivery. Excellent customer service. We are eager to test the products after the installation. Good job team!

I was just in bath Depot today looking for a corner stand up shower. I really liked the showroom, the cleanliness and the staff. I told the staff about the renovations we were working on, and they literally were able to show me everything I envisioned. They are really knowledgeable on their products and they have a great big selection. The items in the showroom are assembled and they even let me step in the shower and tubs to try out the sizes. I do recommend you give this store a visit.
