If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Bath Depot and specially this location has been nothing short of a nightmare—costing me time, money, and an incredible amount of mental distress. From start to finish, the service has been appalling, and to make matters worse, the store manager's attitude is a complete disgrace. Don't know if all the managers of Bath Depot are like that. I visited the Greatlake location about 5 times. Oh my goodness the staff that helped me we're awesome. I bought my standalone Tub and Stand up shower door there. Both times I had a great experience. The Salesperson for the shower door was Sivaachandran. The sales person for the Standalone Tub was Amin They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I want to say thank you to both Staff. I will definitely send my friends and family there and shop there again.
Very friendly customer service, they have a lot of options in bath products. I got a vanity from them and my family loved it. I would recommend the store for anyone renovating or starting a new project.
It's a beautiful store with a variety of economical options to decorate your home. I went there to check out lights for my living room and I really loved their catalogue. I purchased 3 lights from them which have really added grace to my home. Moreover, I didn't have to cross my budget.
Great place to shop for vanities , staff was very helpful and respectful.
