I had poor experience so far their pickup and deliveries are not on time, they do not even know when the delivery coming .
Terrible customer service experience. The lady in the store saw me entering and made a face turned around. The store was completely empty. The manager came up asked a question and went back to his desk, no interest in customer’s needs. I understand if the store was busy but being neglected as a customer doesn’t reflect good behaviour.
Got stuff online. Went to Brampton location to pickup. Raman asked me to cancel online order and order from store to get 10% discount. Didnt understand. After few days i called store to ask about my refund. I was told by some staff that tgey cannot assist me and reffered to to customer service. DONT BUY. They are doing fraud with clients. Refund my online invoice and kept all the money in her pocket.
Super staff - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient -,putting together bathroom vanity - super frustrating despite skill set of contractors- doors did not align (contractors know what they are doing) settling with closing both doors at the same time. Great looking, simplistic, modern update to my bathroom, despite difficulties but wii purchase premade moving forward.
