We’re currently about to start a bathroom renovation and have had such a great experience here! Nabeel, the store owner, was incredibly helpful when we decided to switch to a larger tub. He made the exchange process so easy and stress-free. Bouck was also fantastic during our first visit, taking the time to walk us through the products and help us find exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!
Absolutely disorganized! Four visits to sort out the wrong shower configuration. One of the panels would not fit in my van so I sent my contractor the next day. The store lost the piece which was placed by the delivery door the day before! AVOID THIS COMPANY! They sold me a used vanity with a hole cut out of it when I ordered a new one. And they have the audacity to refuse an exchange because I didn't catch their scam within 72 hours. Do not buy from them!
While a faucet I purchased initially had a problem, Bath Depot stood behind their product and replaced it. I can't say enough good things about the people at the Ancaster Bath Depot. Everytime I have popped in, your employees are so friendly and helpful. Thank you!
The employees at Ancaster are sooooo nice. I purchased a faucet (model F38-1913CH-1) for approximately $370. It has been used fewer than 10 times since I bought it. Recently, it failed pretty catastrophically, with water actively shooting out of the side vent of the Roman tub vent and leaking into the floor. We hired a licensed plumber for install.
