Nabeel Khan is it true professional. He and his knowledgable staff helped me through a great selection of product and was very resourceful. All individuals at the Ancaster store made the whole experience fun. I have been back 2 to 3 times just to say hello but also buying more product. Thank you everyone at Ancastor location. You made my huge Project a lot simpler, and the selection of product that everyone help me with looks fantastic.
I do not enjoy shopping and I am always wary of salespeople but all of the staff at this location was so kind and honest in their opinions and help, especially Nabeel (Store Manager). He really did go above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed without pushing us to buy anything we didn’t. We needed a new shower for our cottage. We visited the big box stores and came away disappointeddue to the limited selection and high prices. My wife found Bath Depot online, and we visitedtheir store in Ancaster. Simon, our sales representative, was excellent. Purchased a shower kit, "Nadoli" 60" x 36" The tray has no lips, instead comes with some aluminum moldings that needs to be screwed on the edge. It is absolutely garbage. Would never buy a tray like this. The lip of the aluminum moldings that sits on the top of the tray is too wide, sticking farther out than the tile. The tile needs to sit on the top of it instead of on the tray itself. it is very hard to keep them on as that part of the aluminum molding is rounded down and it will push the bottom edge of the tile out.
