We had such a positive experience and wouldn't have been able to make this purchase without Cidalia's expert service! I purchased a shower system from Bath Depot online, its been 6 months and the handheld shower parts are rusting from the inside. When I contacted customer service, they said this product is discontinued, they don't have the parts for it and they cannot help. If this is the type of products and service they sell, please research before buying anything from them.
