I walked into Bath Depot since I saw it was next to a few places I frequent to see what they had. I did not know what to expect, but I was in the middle of renovating 3 bathrooms in my house. The level of service, warmth, attention, and communication have been absolutely amazing. There was constant communication on my orders, with expectations always being met on delivery date. Edit: You have my email address if you wanted to contact me. 5 months still nothing. Biggest mistake of my bathroom renovation was buying a bath and towel warmer from Bath Depot. Bath drains constantly and loudly while in use which the manager told me was by design…? Why are they making baths that cannot hold water? Towel warmer takes 30 mins or more to heat up and even then your towel is barely warm. Disappointed is an understatement.
