Don't bother trying to pickup orders here. It took an hour to pick up my order as they prioritize customers purchasing new orders. Unbelievable customer service
Biggest mistake of my bathroom renovation was buying a bath and towel warmer from Bath Depot. Bath drains constantly and loudly while in use which the manager told me was by design…? Towel warmer takes 30 mins or more to heat up. Disappointed is an understatement.
Stopped by Bath Depot this morning to replace my cracked sink. I called ahead and spoke with Ross who was super helpful over the phone. He helped me find the right size and even set it aside for pickup. When I arrived, Ross and Ally made the whole process quick and easy. What started as a daunting task turned into a smooth experience thanks to their amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be back.
