Edit: You have my email address if you wanted to contact me. 5 months still nothing. Biggest mistake of my bathroom renovation was buying a bath and towel warmer from Bath Depot. Bath drains constantly and loudly while in use which the manager told me was by design…? Why are they making baths that cannot hold water? Towel warmer takes 30 mins or more to heat up and even then your towel is barely warm. Disappointed is an understatement.

Super impressed with customer service here. I bought a small vanity and the next day there was a 20% off sale. I called and before I could even ask about a price adjustment I was told to bring in my receipt when I picked up my product and they would make the adjustment then! This level of service is rare. This inspired me to move ahead and I will order a 61” vanity and top for another washroom. Great prices and products…superior customer service!
