Our company works alongside of Bath Creek Estates as a partner and have had a great experience with their community for many years as they specialize in rehab and getting folks back on their feet after a hospitalization. Their core team has been in place for many years.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am warning and begging people not to take their family to this so called rehab/ nursing home. I will not get into specifics but believe me when I say that your family member is better off somewhere else. Also the nurses will tell you they are understaffed but the management will tell you that every shift is fully staffed... so which is it? Patient care is seriously lacking here and it's dangerous for the patients
So Ma went there. We got in and everyone was ready to help. The admissions director was warm. The PT people were knowledgeble. The activities room had fun projects and people were there. The aides were not lazy. It was a great great experience and I want you to take mom or dad there.
Stefan is a super competent transportation driver and he is extremely conscientious about safety. He is caring, punctual and helpful, meeting all of our needs. He has a very positive attitude and is witty . He works hard and enjoys his job at Bath Creek Estates.
