This facility is so clean in the staff is so kind and always there for you. I’ll have a second rehab later on and I’m definitely coming back here. It’s very homie and welcoming.
My 3 month stay was wonderful. A great place everything is excellent. I recommend it for everybody. From activities to nursing to therapy.
The nursing staff is efficient, knowledgeable. The Rehab department is very good. The STNAs are very nice, pleasant and helpful although at certain periods of the day seem understaffed. Food is varied and good. Questions answered by knowledgeable people, insurance, wound care etc. Bath Creek Estates went above and beyond in getting me to an appointment in Cleveland, deeply appreciative.

Call and spoke with Chayse in HR. Probably one of the nicest and sincere HR person I have ever spoken with. Be proud to have him Bath creek!
