BCM installed a mini-split on my guest house. They helped me pick the right unit and then once the parts were in, had it installed in no time. Over a year later and it's still running perfectly. Hot summers and cold winters have not stopped it in the slightest. Randall is a hard worker and takes care in the work he is performing. I'll certainly call him again when I need more work done.

Must be out of business. Left 4 messages at the two listed numbers over 4 days. No response. Try Chapman in Covington, they jumped right on it.

Randy was great!! Showed up on time. Worked all day to do the install and got it done in one day. Very professional. Cleaned up as he went. Highly recommend!!

Been calling & leaving voice mail after voice mail, I text & beg for someone to at least call me back but nothing. I have elderly & disabled in my home & every message & text states we are freezing in single digit temps but still no call or return text. Its been over a-week of calling/text, bad business, poor ethics.
