The second you make your final payment to Bath Busters it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of them. I had a bathroom installed in March. Bath Busters never scheduled the final plumbing inspection, and they have completely ghosted me. It's been 5 months, I have called over a dozen times (leaving voicemails because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone), and haven't heard a word from them. AVOID AT ALL COST. Company is a scam. They are responsive until you sign that contract. We had our shower “done”and it is and CONTINUES to be an absolute headache. Our custom glass was sized and delivered wrong three times. We had to keep calling to check in when the right size was coming in, and it kept falling off their radar. Had my bathroom redone about 1 year ago, within 1 month I had a service call to fix a leaking shower. Most recently, my floor started to buckle. I called and requested service. The repair man said that the original installers never screwed the toilet down correctly and reused an old wax ring. He fixed the toilet, but since he's not a floor guy he told me to call Bath Busters and have them come fix it. I have tried multiple times and have left so many messages. We hired BathBusters for a bathroom remodel, which came with a 2-year workmanship warranty. Unfortunately, we've developed a leak within that period. I've reached out multiple times via web complaint and email, but have received no response from anyone on their team. I was not expecting this level of customer service, especially when they guarantee their work.
