I only had a bad experience with this company. they sold me defective walk-in tub parts. Could never get a call back.They did not have a licensed plumber working or owning the company. I had to hire my own plumber to finish the job.
Avoid avoid avoid spent $17,000 on a shower and have an issues from day one regarding shower doors that do not stay closed. Cannot get a person. They never answer a phone. They never call you back. They just take your money stay away.
Edit: after leaving this review and filing a complaint to the BBB, they finally got in touch and got the inspection done. I'm bumping to 3 stars because it really was a 5 star job, but hounding them for 9 months to get them to finish was a 1 star customer experience. If you do choose to go with them, I'd advise you get them to agree to final payment being after final inspection is complete. The second you make your final payment to Bath Busters it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of them. I had a bathroom installed in March. Bath Busters never scheduled the final plumbing inspection, and they have completely ghosted me. It's been 5 months, I have called over a dozen times (leaving voicemails because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone), and haven't heard a word from them.
