Horrible experience. I have taken my dog there a number of times and I get the same cut every time. This time my dog was just shaved down short. So I basically paid 80 dollars for something I could have done at home for free. Even worse when I nicely asked what happened the man told me it was my fault for not telling them what to do. I guess " just like last time" means they are going to take an hour to crudely shave my dog.
