Today is June 6th, 2026 and it is about 5:30 in the late afternoon. I came to replenish my 3 wick candle supply and use my birthday coupon and they were/are closed. Reason: due to lack of air conditioning. Are you kidding me?! This mall is turning into a dump. Shame on your employees and you for allowing the closure over something as trivial as that. Does entitlement know no bounds? Wow.
Don't you have cameras in your Ridgedale store? Why is your stuff allowed to chaice clients? To see if they are stealing? At least five people within three square feet asked us if we need help and after they all have heard 'thx, no' the little lady in your uniform started literally walking shoulder to shoulder to my friend till we told her we go to another store if she doesn't stop.. Extremely annoying and we will never go to this branch again !
