Every time I have I go into the Jefferson City location the sales associate have been rude, particularly when at the register. Time and time again Iv witnessed them being extra nice to the person in front of me, even asking them if they have any coupons to use and if they don't then they tell them about them. But when it's my turn I never get asked if I have any coupons and when I actually have a coupon they give me the hardest time about it. For instance today I went in to get wall flowers refills. Customer service was very poor. Didn’t catch a name, but the woman working the floor at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2019 was very rude. Will never return.
