I picked up my order one day late, and it had been put back. I was told the order wasn’t charged, but when I checked my bank, it had been. I came back to the store, and the young lady, skinny and long hair (I forgot to ask for her name, she worked on December 18, at 8:55pm) who helped me was very kind and patient. She brought Lupe, who went above and beyond—especially during such a busy season—to resolve the issue quickly and easily. Thank you so much, Lupe and the pretty young lady!
