I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to ring up my purchases. When an associate finally came I tried to look up my rewards number to give her and she told me I would have to step aside because there was a line behind me. The line was caused by no one being at the register!
I spent $200+ here the other day and have been fighting tooth and nail with customer service to get my points added on to my account. Losing out on rewards here. Whats the point of going back and spending money here?? Very disappointing
This place is always fully stocked! My online orders are always completed with no issues! All other BBWs in the area are always behind or always out of stock. It's so annoying. This is the BBW to go to! Customer service is 10/10!
Very nice. Displays are beautiful. Large stock. Friendly staff. The only thing would be the establish line cue. A bit confusing when there are a lot of people. Suggest using center, like a split flow.
