We were greeted shortly after arriving and told about the deals happening. We were offered assistance or asked if we had any questions during our visit, in a friendly helpful way, not at all pushy. We ended up leaving with a few gifts but will be back for some of their spooky line for ourselves.
Beautiful location in The District! Their store is always well organized and the staff is very attentive.
