I purchased a Disney Princess, Belle, wall plug in for scents and with a light. A few months later, 2/3 of the inside became cloudy, and you cannot see the rose. I contacted customer service to request a replacement, since obviously, the one that I purchased is defective. The only job it has is to stay plugged in to the wall and create a little heat for scent and a night light.
