Online it says they close at 9 I get there at 8:40 And they say they’re closed I asked what time do you close? The Hispanic girl on the front told me that she doesn’t know. But they close the registers already. Extremely unprofessional.
I’m so happy they opened a Bath and Body Works at Leesburg! I was hoping they would. The staff were friendly and atmosphere is great!
Lisa the manager gives awful customer service. They don’t like taking valid coupons and argue about them. Dulles town center store gives much better customer service, highly recommend going there
