Shitty experience! They made me wait in line for 20 minutes. One person was at the register while 5 other employees were in the store not doing anything. Take your money elsewhere!

My name is Sean and I came bath and body works today to get a gift for someone and when i went to the counter to buy my candle the lady Debra told me about the sale which was as cool and all but then when i said no she forcesably the sale again and again. It started to make me feel bad about and embarrassed to buy only one candle. my experience was not the best and i will keep coming to hopefully buy gifts but today’s visit was .005/5 stars
