i don't normally shop here but i did receive a "free" Bday gift according to an email they sent. Basically a free $9.95 item (travel size) w any purchase. Sounded good to me. I couldn't find any scent that really appealed to me in that size so I picked a lip scrub out for 10.95 hoping to pay the difference. They told me that was not allowed. I'm not gonna lie .. they were not the friendliest.. like almost irritated that I had to ask a couple questions because I really wanted to use my Bday coupon. I have had rewards there since we opened a store in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I ko longer receive any of the mail I used to get even though I'm signed up for them and every reward requires a purchase and that isn't how they have gave rewards to me before so I stopped shopping there.

Went in to pick up an online order after being out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday and noticed my order was on the shelf ready for pick-up but on my phone it was cancelled. The girl gets her manager and I was told, sorry you can pay for price for all items- even though my order is right there and I have the receipt on my phone. They could have easily helped me and could have been helpful and kind but they were busy and could care less about my business. As much as I loved going to the east hills mall location, I can honestly say I love this location more! The staff has always been nice and avaliable if needed. The store is very clean, which is an important factor to me. Parking isn't bad at all and close to all of my favorite stores! Highly recommend checking it out...bonus it's close to an ice cream shop😋
