I know your staff are trained to tell customers about the deals and everything but I feel harassed every time I go into the store. I went in and the person at the front harassed me. Then I told them I’m good thanks. Then I get harassed by another sales person. Honestly, for me it’s harassment. Maybe have a system? I went shopping there Jan 10 and was helped finding a scent similar to Book Loft. All three workers who helped me were very kind, helpful, and informative! I can’t remember their names but one lady even showed me the spring catalog and recommended great scents to me. My cashier was also quick and super friendly! Thank you to the team at polo for making a fast and pleasant shopping experience.
Great candles and lotions and scents...
Love this store just wish they took the candle jars back to recycle as it seems such a waste as i can only use so many for storage jars
