After shipping my order to the wrong (previous, but updated) address, I contacted B&B and they informed me they would reship my order to the correct address . A week later I got an email saying the item was no longer available. .that was it .. no refund, no option to reply to email. Nothing...no credit on my act. No refund. I got to the register and ask the lady working if she would hold my basket while I went next-door to get my husband. She said they close at nine at 8:30. I came back and the doors were locked. The guy at the door was very rude. They lost out on a $200 purchase. It is Christmas time and people are shopping is no time to be closing early 830 seriously?
