Thanks Karman for your help. Great choices. I appreciated your help and educating me on wallflowers. I'm giving four stars instead of five because as others have commented previously, staff is "over-friendly." Karman helped me. Then, after she was finished, a second, and a THIRD staff member came up to and asked me if I needed help. Okay, they're doing their job and they likely don't know that others have approached me, but as others have said, I felt a bit smothered.

Great experience at this Bath & Body Works! The assistant manager Mandeep was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She knew the products well and was great at making recommendations based on what I wanted. It made my shopping for gifts seamless. Really appreciated the friendly service!

Tunmise was very friendly and helpful! Even though she was new, she did a great job helping my brother choose and buy products at Bath & Body Works. She was kind, patient, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Great customer service, especially for someone just starting out. Keep up the good work, Tunmise! 😊
