I went to Bath & body today at the Square one location and was cashed out by cashier named Christina she was very rude and unprofessional. I went there to buy a candle as a Christmas gift and The lid had a Christmas lid on it with snowflakes on it which I thought was cute and Christina decided to be very rude about the candle not having the correct lid. Josh has great customer service! Helped me out with car scents
Excellent representation by Hania who assisted my mom and really helped her choose the items and patiently explained her everything with a pleasant smile throughout. Please give her a raise!
This is a good bath and body it has a lot of good soup and Halloween stuff and they help you find what you need this is a good store
All the staff are so nice whenever I visit, especially today with Josh, even though it was so busy he was still attentful to every customer. The displays are always so pretty and the scents are so yummy :P
