The customer service was awful. I walk in to pick up an online order and there’s no one in the store. The two young ladies stood near the front, on their phones chitchatting. No one says hello or even acknowledges me. Okay cool. I go to the front and LITERALLY hear one of them say “Ugh I’ll be right back”. She was bothered that I was there, and she had to stop her conversation and work. She asks me for my order numbers repeatedly and seems bothered that she has to look around for the orders. I have never been so rushed and not listen to in a brief period of time in my life. Yes, you’re trying to move customers in and out. Yes it is a Saturday. 5 stars for the young man that helped me zero for the manager and her pal that had to enter "manager's" authorization, they were trash. I hope this company looks at hires such as the ym that helped me as a better direction preparing and advancing managers that need to deal with the public, he was courteous, helpful to me and another customer. Omg the service was so good‍this gentleman who worked there was so courteous he went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of . I’ll definitely choose this location next time I come !!
