I kinda love this store. I dont smoke, I dont drink but im addicted to most everything in this store
I really enjoyed my visit today! I came in to buy some body spray and Ivy was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable about all of the deals going on and gave me really good recommendations. She sold me on the gift bundle which was a really good deal that they had today and she kept checking in on me. Nice and well organized store!
Employees were not very friendly not sure if it was because of my ethnicity, but my experiences with other bath and bodyworks have been excellent, they greet you and make you feel welcome, and ask what you're looking for and introduce new fragrances and tell you where to find certain things but this place, was not it. I won't be returning to this location. I do recommend customer service training for this location.
