Employees were not very friendly not sure if it was because of my ethnicity, but my experiences with other bath and bodyworks have been excellent, they greet you and make you feel welcome, and ask what you're looking for and introduce new fragrances and tell you where to find certain things but this place, was not it. I won't be returning to this location. I do recommend customer service training for this location.
The manager is extremely rude. I was shopping for my candles and she gave me nothing but attitude and didn't answer any of the questions or concerns I had. She helped everyone else, except me in the way I needed. I've never seen such unprofessionalism.
The store is stocked with good items and it’s great there’s a location on the west side of town. However whenever I have a question or issue, the employees aren’t very nice or helpful. I’ve never received a reward and was asking how I use it. The employee at the cash register had no clue, didn’t know where I could access the barcode in the app and didn’t help me understand what the limitations were around it. i love this location and im so happy that i dont have to go all the way to the mall to buy soap anymore!! i do kinda wish they didn't have to bombard customers with their current sales every time someone walks in, but I know they're just doing their job and it's not their fault. Won't stop me from coming back though; all the employees are so so nice all the time and they're patient with me when I forget my phone number at checkout <3
Every time I go in they ask me if I need help. But I am a regular and kinda know what I wanted unless they have deals or something new. I only know one worker by name and their name is Jesse she is helpful when I need help getting the super girly sented products to get for my co-workers. I am in their so much that need to kick me out. I think they like it when I come in and shop eventhough they give me a hard time since I am in their a lot.
