Friendly service and very helpful Customer Service Associates... That's what made the difference for me. I wasn't familiar with much of the sale merchandise, so receiving personal help in the elimination process helped me immensely! Unfortunately, the only fragrance of interest (for me) that was on sale had already sold out. Uh...of the course the greeter is friendly but that's as far as it went. All other employees pick and choose who to be helpful/friendly too. You can expect nowadays for one or maybe two people not to do their job or provide decent customer service.
