Went yesterday to check out the sale, and once again, employees were making people wait outside in a line to even get into the store. "We're at capacity," the young woman said. I came in after an unauthorized purchase was attempted on my cc, after my wallet was stolen from my locked locker at the nearby gym. I explained the situation very clearly after asking to speak with a manager. Provided the time and exact amount that was declined. The staff all just stared me down, shrugged their shoulders, and said there was nothing they could do.
