Poor customer service. Associates do not greet you when coming into the store but they hover over you pretending to be looking for items. I know it’s the holiday season but I don’t appreciate being followed around the store especially when you don’t even have the common courtesy to speak to your customers.

Went yesterday to check out the sale, and once again, employees were making people wait outside in a line to even get into the store. "We're at capacity," the young woman said. I asked her WHY 4 times before she would respond. She said to keep everyone safe. I had to ask "safe from what?" a few more times before she'd answer me. She said, "safe from knocking things over." I came in after an unauthorized purchase was attempted on my cc, after my wallet was stolen from my locked locker at the nearby gym. I explained the situation very clearly after asking to speak with a manager. Provided the time and exact amount that was declined. The staff all just stared me down, shrugged their shoulders, and said there was nothing they could do.
