I had placed an online order, and I went to pick it up. I had no problems, and the customer service rep was very respectable. I love shopping Bath and Body Works
Employees are rude. Made customers feel as if they are an inconvenience. Was helped by a man, I was an inconvenience because he had to stop stocking to check me out. Very condescending when I presented a coupon. Have shopped this location for over 20years. I will find a new one...
