Roe was ready! She got a crowd out in minutes. I had 2 orders but 1 wasn't prepared for pick up yet. She said give me 1 second, then boom she literally came back with my order before I even realized what was happening. Thank you Roe, thank you Bath & Body!!!

Don’t bother with ordering online and picking up here. If you do, it’s either gonna take days to get it or you’ll have some type of issue at pickup. It’s convenient having it around the corner from me, but I’ll just shop at other locations to avoid a headache. **Updated 9/16 —again reminded why I don’t go to this store. Customer service just isn’t there.
