Went in earlier today and was blessed being taken care of by Kevious. From walking in the door to checkout, they took fantastic care of us. So informative on products and made sure I left with things I actually liked, vs just trying to sell things (which other locations I’ve been to are like). Kevious deserves major praise , a raise or even a promotion. Absolutely a gem and an asset to the company. Thank you Kevious for all of your help! (:
Friendly, helpful staff and they didn't overwhelm their customers. Nice store but not quite as large as other bath and body stores.
I went to pick up an order for a relative. When I went there the worker was checking the bag. I saw him take out a candle and the room spray. He put the room spray back in but did not put the candle back in. I wasn’t thinking nothing of it, but when I gave the order to my relative she said her candle was missing. I suggested she go back over there to solve it herself and when she did they in a roundabout way tried to say she stole the candle and was trying to get another one for free. Will not be going back again.
First time at Tanger outlets. I will be back.
