Had a wonderful experience here today with my children! The cashier Kelly is so sweet and they had amazing sales. We were asked by many associates if we needed help, amazing! Keep it up ladies 🤗
Too overpriced, but customer service was really nice
Did a return at the Ajax store 18-Mar-2026, and received a Merch.Credit for it. Unfortunately the sticker with the pin code tore and we could not access the pin code. The head office were of absolutely no use suggesting that we wait for 2 to 3 days for an email with the credit, and then buy online etc etc... hardly the ideal customer service one would expect for no fault of our own. The Ajax store supervisor JOANNA resolved this for us. Thank you Joanna, that was awfully nice of you. :-)
