This is a wonderful store with great employees and great products. The workers there are so friendly and so very helpful. It's my favorite store in the entire Walt Whitman Mall. This is the best Bath and Body Works store!
Be careful at this store. Did online order to pick up at store and the next day received email that my order was picked up. The order was NOT picked up by me so I was robbed of my $50 order and now spending over 45 minutes trying to get refund with customer service.
First time visiting Walt Whitman Shops, and as a longtime loyal customer of Bath & BodyWorks I am really disappointed and taken back by and honestly surprised on how rude the cashier was. I was with my mom, and after paying for my stuff which did not reflect the advertised sale price, I asked her why. She looked so incredibly miserable and annoyed, I dared ask her a simple question.
