Had an uncomfortable experience at the WEM store Sept. 17/25. I purchased items worth $20.84, I paid with my debit card, I saw ”Transaction Complete” on the screen I paid on. The clerk said, no it didn’t go through, I paid again. I left and checked my banking app and it clearly showed two debits we’re in fact taken, one right after the other. I went back into the store and showed them and I was told they could not do refunds without me actually giving back my items…….I didn’t get duplicates of these items, I was just charged... read more
Love me some bath and body works. The clerk there was awesome. So kind. I wish I knew her name. And the selection is the best in Edmonton!
