I CAN NOT, say enough about this location and ALL of the amazing ladies who have helped me and my sister for the last year and a half!!! I have spent over a year trying to get my bath and body works account to let me log in, repeatedly calling customer service and changing the password with no end or solution in site…. There was an issue with my sisters account for over a year now. She hasn’t had any access and couldn’t reset password to get her free gifts from points earned. Brandee and Leah were so amazing to help us get her account corrected with calling customer service from the store. This is the only location we shop and I love that most of the ladies know us and the frustration we’ve had over the last year.
