I went to Bath and Body Works at the Carlisle plaza today. The ladies working there, Jess, Marie and Nicki made my trip so fun! They are all a delight!
Don’t go when they first open you will be greeted by the 50 employee in the store and reminded of the sale that you already know about many times. Made me feel super uncomfortable. Bbw customer service 1000/10 but it’s truly not necessary for one customer to be greeted by that many employees.
ON 7/18/26 I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE I ORDERED OFFLINE.. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR MY REPLACEMENT OF SHIPMENT TO COME.. THANK YOU.. I PURCHASED MORE ROOM SPRAYS ONLINE ON 8/27/26 I RECEIVED THEM.. I LOVE THEM.. VAMPIRE BLOOD ACTUALLY SMELLS REALLY GOOD! I WASN'T TOO SURE IF I WOULD LIKE IT BUT I DO.. DON'T KNOCK NOTHING UNTIL YOU TRY IT FIRST.. YOU MAY BE SURPRISED LIKE I WAS! GREAT BUY!!

Marie was such a help today. Friendly and professional. She didn't fair well from the bad storms, but still had a cherie smile. Nice store.
