I gave 5 stars simply because of the customer service from McKenna. From the time we walked into the store she greeted us and showed us anything. Offered new products and was very knowledgeable on all the products. It made us feel very warm and really helped my mom out tremendously. She absolutely made the experience AMAZING! Give her a raise!
Really sweet workers :)
Jen is just the sweetest!! I love her enthusiasm. Every time I come in and she’s working she’s so friendly, kind, and always puts a smile on my face. She’s such a gem and always willing to help (plus, who doesn’t love getting to yap about the fun Halloween collection!)
Every time I come into the first floor bath and body works Jen is there to greet me. She is so sweet and you cannot only tell that she’s very knowledgeable about the product but that she uses and loves the product. She gave me a little tour of the fall section today and it made me feel so welcome. Kudos to Jen ❤️
