I usually experience really subpar customer service from this mall location and today I canceled my order because the store didn't want to hold the order for one more day. I work nights and take care of my mother. However I do understand policy and that they are just following rules. Just sucks that I wanted the sale price and they have no wiggle room. I honestly don't even think it matters to your store nor staff to take care of your customers.
